Carlos Augusto Vargas, Director del CUNZAC, presidio el acto de Juramentaci\u00f3n de Observadores Democr\u00e1ticos integrado por estudiantes, docentes, personal administrativo y servicios. En el mismo estuvo presente el delegado del Tribunal Supremo Electoral, el Lic. Eder Espa\u00f1a qui\u00e9n juramento a los observadores y el Ing. V\u00edctor Estuardo Villalta, Coordinador Acad\u00e9mico. La misi\u00f3n de los observadores es fomentar la cultura democr\u00e1tica, garantizar a trav\u00e9s de la observaci\u00f3n el derecho electoral y el respeto a la voluntad popular, observar, monitorear y registrar los hechos acontecidos durante la jornada electoral.
